CLUB/HOSPITALITY

Innis Arden Golf Club - Phased Construction

Innis Arden completed four buildings in three phases. They are: the new cart barn, paddle warming hut, irrigation pump house and golf teaching barn.

The cart barn is a two story structure adjacent to the main club house. Carts are washed, stored and staged on the ground floor. A full floor storage area takes over the second floor, servicing the main kitchen.

The pump house and the paddle hut were designed for a different setting in the landscape, with materials of natural character, stained shingle siding and green trim. The pump house holds a state of the art irrigation/fertigation system. The paddle hut is wedged between four existing paddle courts.
